Legal matters for residential projects, residences and tourism facilities, from the project stage through to operation.
Overview
Property in Antalya is shaped by new residential projects, estates with extensive shared facilities and tourism establishments. As many foreign buyers choose homes still at the project stage, promise-to-sell agreements and delivery terms come to the fore. For hotels and holiday villages, operating and management agreements form a separate area of work.

Common legal questions
- Buying off-plan
For homes not yet completed, the promise-to-sell agreement executed before a notary, the payment schedule and the delivery terms are reviewed in detail.
- From condominium servitude to condominium ownership
Once the building is completed, obtaining the occupancy certificate and converting to condominium ownership are followed up so that the title reaches its final form.
- Hotel operating and management agreements
In tourism facilities, the authority, revenue sharing and termination provisions between operator and owner are set out clearly in the agreement.
- Licensed tourism facilities
For facilities within the scope of Tourism Incentive Law No. 2634, licensing, allocation and conditions of use are reviewed in general terms.
- Service charges and common areas
On estates with extensive shared facilities, service charges and common expenses are determined under Condominium Law No. 634 and the management plan.
